Josefin Johansson works as a forwarder in the Scan Global Logistics office in Gothenburg, Sweden. In her role, she is putting extra focus on customer care.

"For me, customer care means that you in close co-operation with the customer create positive experiences – that’s what we call an SGL experience. This could be something out of the ordinary, a fun experience and even a small laughter. But above all, an experience where professional logistics support is in focus," says Josefin Johansson.

Josefin says that it will take some work to create an experience that distinguishes itself from our competitors doing and their offering. The best way is to solve problems seemingly impossible which arise along the way – to go that extra mile; another way is to always keep a positive attitude no matter the challenges.

To deliver this, Josefin believes that there must be a motivation, an incentive that shows that you are dedicated to your work and that you have an honest interest in helping solve problems and delivering beyond expectations.
"You have to have flair for it and possess the ability to vary and adapt according to each and every customer. That is how to create the best customer experience", says Josefin.
