Moving race cars across the Atlantic to the World Finals

To safely and timely transport 22 Lamborghini Huracán EVO2s and their race equipment from the US to Italy and back for the 2025 Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Finals in Misano Adriatico, Italy.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆?

As high as the stakes: With cars worth millions of dollars, premier sponsor contracts, and a need for second-by-second, millimetre-accurate handling, this project demanded race-level performance off the track to get the cars on it.

From the start, our dedicated experts across the US, Germany, and Italy shifted into gear, collaborating seamlessly with the Lamborghini team to ensure the success of this turnkey project.

Every step of the transportation was meticulously mapped out: from planning and route design via air and ocean, to execution and final delivery by our special automotive trucks – with customs clearance on both sides of the Atlantic.

Our experts:

• Aligned directly with the racing team to clarify car handling procedures to safeguard the chassis, brakes, and sensitive digital equipment

• Trained the race teams on-site across the US on vehicle and equipment preparation, including shipment dimensions and dangerous goods declarations

• Maintained real-time communication and coordination across continents, keeping everyone informed and in sync – from the first second to the finish line

In total, we shipped cars for ten US race teams.
