Helping a Swiss luxury brand with a model launch across Asia

Imagine you are the brand owner behind a new model launch across 25 Asian countries. Exact timing is everything.

The campaign is planned in detail.
The promotional materials are ready.
The launch date is fixed.
The one thing that must not go wrong is delivery.

If the branded goods do not arrive damage-free, at the right stores at the right time, the entire launch risks falling out of sync, affecting both campaign impact and brand perception.

Those were the stakes for our customer, a renowned Swiss luxury watch brand.

Our team understood the commercial risks.

To support the product launch, display stands and marketing materials were collected from multiple suppliers in South China via cross-border trucking, consolidated in Hong Kong, carefully kitted for each retail store, and packed with the watches to meet each transport requirement and last-mile delivery standards.

Strict coordination across 25 countries
Through centralised Control Tower coordination, every delivery was aligned with strict launch windows across 25 Asian countries – with some deliveries even taking place at night.

The customer’s campaign was successful – and from a logistics perspective, the results were equally strong:

✔️ 100% KPI performance
✔️ Zero cargo damage
✔️ On-time direct-to-store delivery across 25 APAC countries

Sometimes, logistics is not just part of the execution.
It is part of the result. Because when timing is fixed, arriving store-ready on schedule becomes a KPI in its own right.

We are proud to play our part when every launch detail matters.
