As you might already know, China has issued new VAT policies on freight related services to and from China.

Effective 1 September 2013, some air freight carriers will apply Fuel Surcharge (FSC) and Security Surcharge (ISS) to Chargeable Weight for all shipments ex-Europe.

During August, Scan Global Logistics airlifted around 3000 tons of air cargo for the humanitarian crises in Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia, and much more is scheduled to go during September & October.
