COPENHAGEN – May 8, 2019 — SGL E-Commerce A/S, a part of Scan Global Logistics Group, today announce that it has acquired one of the leading Scandinavian fashion fulfillment operations – IC Logistics, the logistics activity arm of Danish IC Group A/S. The final closing date of the transaction is expected to be June 30, 2019.

Today in the Nordic region, we have launched our 10 Customer Service Commandments and we are excited to begin the rollout of these commandments throughout our organization globally.

With increasing resources and plans for future development, we are pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2019 our office in Singapore will move to a new location. Scan Global Logistics is looking forward to welcome you in our facilities.
