Delta Cargo names Scan Global Logistics as selected freight forwarder for Civil Reserve Air Fleet

Delta Cargo and Scan Global Logistics (SGL) are teaming up in support of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF), with Delta designating SGL as its selected freight forwarder. The collaboration, established under a teaming formation agreement, strengthens both organizations’ ability to deliver critical defense and humanitarian supply chain solutions while reinforcing Delta’s long-standing commitment to the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM).

Established in 1951, CRAF is a Department of Defense (DoD) readiness program that enables commercial airlines to provide supplemental airlift when defense aircraft capacity is exceeded. Through contractual agreements with USTRANSCOM, participating airlines like Delta volunteer aircraft to support vital defense and humanitarian missions around the world.
