In 2024, we undertook a significant project to become the port logistics provider for a major client in the cruise industry at the Port of Galveston. This project involved a comprehensive overhaul of the existing logistics operations to enhance service delivery for one of the industry’s largest players.

When a critical engine part destined for a cruise vessel missed its ship and faced a potential standstill, we were called upon for an urgent solution. The engine part, essential for the vessel's seaworthiness, needed to be delivered to Juneau, AK, to prevent a significant disruption. With swift team coordination, the team worked to find a solution.

In emergency situations where equipment failures can compromise a customer's operations, we meet the urgency with flexible solutions, including hand-delivering time-sensitive, critical shipments.

Since May 2023, Scan Global Logistics has been providing comprehensive logistics solutions for a customer specializing in air filtration equipment and media. This project involves handling shipments from China to the USA and subsequently from the USA to Saudi Arabia, supporting the customer’s growth linked to the expansive NEOM project in Saudi Arabia.

When a major clothing retailer planned to open up a high end retail location, all the coordination of transporting construction materials to the site required a high attention to detail, shipment scanning, and milestone reporting. Having successfully worked with SGL on two previous store openings, the success of working on those projects the customer invited the SGL team to their 2024 RFP where we were selected to assist in transporting the construction materials for a new store opening in Frisco, TX.
