Scan Global Logistics successfully raises DKK 375 million in a senior secured bond
On June 17, Scan Global Logistics Holding ApS (“Scan Global”) successfully placed a DKK 375 million senior secured bond loan. The bonds, maturing in 2018, will bear a floating coupon of 3 months Cibor +7.00% (paid quarterly). The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing debt. The bonds will be listed on NASDAQ within one year from the issue date.

Strong result opens up for acquisitions
Scan Global Logistics continues to grow. Revenues in 2014 were up 17% over 2013 and Operating Profits (EBITDA) increased by more than 50%. For the coming years the company plans to strengthen its network further by opening up for acquisitions in key markets.

Everllence (formely Man energy solutions), SGL employee came to the aid of a hospital ship stuck in Las Palmas
The M/V Africa Mercy hospital ship was stuck in Las Palmas due to generator problems and thus had no power on the entire ship. Everllence (formerly MAN Energy Solutions) in Frederikshavn, Denmark, donated all spare parts to this ship and booked our Airfreight department in Billund, Denmark, to handle the urgent delivery.
