The task: Supply 750 tons of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for a National Health Service. Deadline: 3 weeks. The challenge: To find flights out of China, a market facing significant capacity constraints. This is the story of how close cross-country teamwork, persistency in the face of resistance, and entrepreneurship solved an almost impossible challenge.

COVID-19 outraced by our tailor-made Polestar solution. Our task, together with Polestar, was to transport nearly 40 of their brand new ‘Polestar 2’ fully electric cars from China to Sweden. The goal was to complete the task and close the case according to a tight time plan in order to meet Polestar’s deadline for confirmed test drive activities.
